Xperia 1 overheat after android uodate

So I have suddenly been getting over heating problems since the most recent android update and then extra update. I have to take my X1 out of the case, turn the power off and wait for it to cool down. Anyone else have the same problem? Finger print scanner still intermittent since past update as well. The lack of a preview on screenshot also very irritating.

When you're using gestures you can swipe up and see the active apps, amongst which your present app of which you want to make a screenshot.

Under it you'll find a screenshot option.

Hi there, for the overheating issue, that could happen after installing a new software update as it indicates more power from the device to work with the update at the first4, but you can try the steps in this link, it might help:https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/mobile-phones-tablets/articles/00237681

For the fingerprint sensor, if the issue is not rectified by doing a force restart, there will be a software version after March to solve this one as i hope.
