Xperia 5 wont boot fully, also startup screen is green instead of black

I cannot access my phone for some strange reason, when I try to access the phone it restarts, but wont fully reboot. So basically it keeps going round in a loop. Also the startup screen appears to be a bright green colour instead of black, 😫

You can start by checking if there is a faulty SIM or faulty SD card inserted, which was mentioned over here.

Next follow the path indicated by Sony Xperia Support.

That's a pity.

One last option:

Charge the device to > 80% and switch it off.

Open Xperia Companion, choose Software Repair.

On the next page tick 'My device cannot be detected or started, or is a SmartWatch 3'

Click Next and follow the instructions. (see the picture: Capture.jpg on the right)

Hope it works.
