Xperia 5 II screen mirroring problem

I have a Sony TV KD-43XG7073 and Xperia 5 II

The phone is patched with Android 11 1 march 2021

The problem is this with the phone up with a ~~long uptime~~ (not even that long uptime and it fails) screen mirroring does not work but if I reboot the phone then screen mirroring works.

try to restart both devices.

then initiate the connection first on the TV then on the Xperia device. Make sure they are connected on the same WIFI network

A reboot of the phone works but then hours later it fails needing to reboot the phone again.

hello @Legacyone

have you tried to adjust the phone's display setting? to make sure it does not go on standby mode while it is connected via mirroring. check your lockscreen timeout too.

The display does not go to sleep as I'm trying to screen mirror the TV says its connecting but never mirrors.

It will work the first time after a reboot wait some hours then it don't work until I reboot the phone.

hello @Legacyone

can you try to mirror the device to the tv in Safe mode? just try to long tap power off option and boot to safe mode
