Perhaps they don't have spare parts just yet? Have you try to contact them?

I'm in the exact same situation (two weeks also)

Since you seem to be informed, I would be very pleased to know *who* to contact and *how *, in order to be informed on repair progress.

I've left my phone in a Sony authorized service center, their job consist only to send it to a repair service (which is not directly managed by Sony BTW)

Since then, they do not have more information that I have: "phone is being repaired".

i dun knw how to contact them . couse i just take my phone and warraty go for the seller ,

then he help me repair . 17 day already still not complete P/S : just speaker broke .

Can i ask thus Sony service center takes service charges??? Aim having.multiple issue upon reading multiple forums I just found out that my.phone having.same issues

1. Partially lifted / loosed back panel near the the camera.
2. When using camera/video aim hearing a sound like something is getting short inside the phone on the camera area.
3. My earpiece(speaker in upper front near the sony logo) is randomly malfunctioning, When making a phone call I can't here anything on the earpiece but I try the loud speaker to verify the call call is good but when I return it to earpiece still same issue not working.

Please advice I both my unit Z C6602 last March 13 @ dubai iam from Philippines
