Previously when connecting my Sony with USB to my laptop to download pictures on my phone there would be a dialogue box to select options: transfer files,&nbsp; charge battery.&nbsp; Now it does not appear anymore.&nbsp; When connecting it only does pling and it is charging but my PC cannot read the phone.
