Hello everyone, sorry to hear about this.

Does this occur when using a specific application or service, or can it appear even when the device is idle and then when it's unlocked, the message pops up?

I would recommend that the both of you start with restarting your devices in safe mode and see if this occurs when downloaded applications aren't loaded.

Hi @MsA5, sorry to hear that.

Do I understand correctly that you aren't able to drag down the quick settings in your device? If that is the case, can you try and do the touch test found in the service menu?

You can access this test if you open up the Phone application and type in *#*#7378423#*#* > Service tests > Touch > Free drawing test. Can you "write" at the top of the display?
