Phone reboots after music starts playing.

Did a clean update via SUS, after that i upload 2 music files. Starts playing for 1min and phone reboots. Anyone know how 2 fix it? its this porblem common? Should i return it 2 store?

Please help.

Set your phone to airplane mode and then play music.

See if your phone does the same thing.

If yes then remove the sim card and then play songs.

Even see if your phone reboots with headphones connected to it or without it.

Post the results.

Tryed with or w\o sim - same. Tryed with headphones or w/o - still reboots (

Battery level near 50%

Should i return it 2 shop?

Does it reboot only when playing song ?

Are those songs on SD card ?

If yes then delete those songs from sd card and send them to your internal memory and try playing then.

If this works for your then erase your SD card ( settings > storage > erase SD card ) and then again send the songs to your SD.

If that doesn't help then do a software repair using SUS again.

Unfortunately your last option to do after this would be returing the phone.

I use it just for half day. 1 time rebooted after accepting incoming call.

Tryied both SD card and SD card out (internal storage). (tried diffrent sd card).

2 bad (
