Walkman apps stops

Hi,

For about two weeks, when i listen music on walkman apps, my music stops for no reason after 2 or 3 minutes. I reinstal de software, and the problem exist. Can anyone help me?

how about

settings > apps > all > walkman > clear everything

that's odd, try a different music player, if you get the same result it could be another app acting up

do NOT install any

taskillers

task managers

antivirus

battery apps

ram apps

if you have any of those apps uninstall them > restart your phone and check again

we would need further imformation to isolate the issues.

1) how did you reinstallt he software?

2) any problems using other music players?

3)your mp3s are located in the internal or external SD?

hi,

1) i reinstal software via pc cable;

2) I use also winamp pro and the same problem;

3) all my mp3 are in the SD card

i instal winamp pro and, for my surprise..the same rezult...i have instal on my phone All-in-one toolbox..i have uninstal it, i restart the phone and...for 22 minutes music still playin'. Its so strange because i have all in one toolbox apps from the day one and no problem with it!

based on your answers, it seems to be technical fault. and i'm guessing that it's the SD card. to verify if this is the issue, try copying some mp3s into the internal SD and see if you have the same problem.

the problem is still there. Today morning, i have the same problem. I move mp3 in phone memory but no change.

Im sorry to hear that the problem is still there.

If it's not software issue, or the SD card, then the problem could be more complicated. Usually for this kinda of issue, the sevice guys will just replace the motherboard or the phone itself. Since pretty much everything else is soldered to the board.

Bring back your phone for service and explain to them what have been done to try to fix it.

They would need to keep the phone for a few days for further testing though.

thx! walkman app is playin' for bout 40 minutes..and still works...i hope now i fix it!
