    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an issue with my Z5 Premium not coming on. I tried to charge it repeatedly and press the power button as well as the yellow button above the sim card slot in all sorts of combinations to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turns out the cable connecting the battery to the phone had mysteriously disconnected. I fixed it by prying open the back just enough to reach the battery cable. Using a matchstick, I pressed the cable firmly into place. The back stuck back on, but it's probably no longer waterproof. If you're out of warranty, it's cheaper to pay for the back to be resealed than to pay someone to just reconnect your battery for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Z5 Premium not turning on</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Xperia Z5 Premium won't turn on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've pressed and held the power button. Didn't work. The hard reset is not working. I tried pressing the off button near the SIM and tried turning it on again. Didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also when i hook it onto the charger the notification light doesn't light up. PC Companion isn't recognizing it either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Now I have the same situation. No signs of life at all. Phone was charging over night, in the morning I noticed I had no cell signal. Rebooted the phone, no sim card it said. Turned the phone off, took out sim and put it back. Its completely dead. OFF button in sim-slot does nothing even if I hold it for two minutes. No charging LED when connected to wall. Absolutely no response at all when I plug it to my pc, no matter if the volume down button is pressed. Tried few different cables as well. Also volume up + power does nothing at all, same for vol down +&amp;nbsp;power. Xperia companion does not recognise it, cant perform the software fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply: no matter what I try there just isnt any life in the phone. It had 100% battery when I turned it off, its now plugged to the wall socket but I doubt it makes any difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess the only solution is to take it to my local vendor? Im very dissappointed, I've had this phone for only five weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: Yup, took it to be serviced. Will report here if they manage to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay, I finally got my phone back. They changed the battery and I guess the motherboard? Dont know the exact translation. The main circuit board anyway, was broken. I´m glad my warranty covered it. Still no idea what caused it to fail, but its working now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They reseted and updated my phone. I got my contacts from google account backup, photos and music I had on sd-card so it was no problem for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yes, the phone was reseted when I got it, had to setup it like a new phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
