My phone isn't calling.

(Sorry for my English, I'm Brazilian). Recently I updated my Z for 4.2.2 and here start the problems. It was a little slower with some bugs. But the main problem is that it isn't doing any call. When I try to call anyone and I push the button "Call" nothing happen, as if I had not done anything, just flash and nothing.

P.S..: When I bought the version was 4.1 and there was no problem, however when I updated to 4.2.2 this error appeared. And I just restart because I thought I would return to normal.

Hello Matthew. I'm having the same problem. So I changed the chip (nano chip of course). I've tried everything. A curious fact is that I put a chip of the old course from another phone and it worked. But for the chip number and I really need a chip reset of course still have problem. If you can find something, please send me a note (mcbr.2003@uol.com.br). Hugs. Marcos.

Hello.

I'd suggest you both to do a software repair to see if it helps

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)
Update/Repair your phone via SUS

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions

I' ve discovered that the problem is on the Claro chip because I change to Vivo and work.
