Microsoft lync 2013 client and Xperia z

Hi
When I install Microsoft lync 2013 on my Xperia Z and want to answer incomming phone call, it will be on speaker.
When I remove lync 2013 client from the phone everything is OK.
What's the problem?

It appears that the app has some bugs or compatibility issues, Microsoft has to fix that, not Sony.

It works well on other android and ios phones and tablet, so I think it is a bug in my phone (Xperia z).

Indeed, just because it work with an android it will work with all androids, its a compatibility issue bug and this is up to the app developer to fix not Sony .

Just tested this on my Xperia Z, no issues, repair your phone and/or reinstall the latest update

I would raise this with the application developer in this case as it appears more specific to the app than the phone.
