When the PS4 arrived I got a 'first month free then you can cancel' music service. It was very easy to set up but seemigly impossible to cancel or prevent Sony from helping themselves to money out of my bank account. I have e-mailed them many times stating in no uncertain terms in writing that they do not have permission to steal money from me but get an automated reply sying I have to call a number. When I call I sit on hold for a very long time, I'm on hold while writing this message. This quite blatent underhand tactic to boost Sony revenues is very very disshonest and angers me.
