Hi Daniel.

Unfortunately it looks like support for this sat-nav was phased out in March 2011. See this announcement from November 2010: -

The last available update was back in 2009 and the update link from the support page no longer works: -

I don't know which third party provided the maps for Sony - probably Navteq - but it may be worth going to the Navteq website to see if there is a helpline.
