Hi 13Loriful, welcome to the Sony Forums

I'm not sure about other brands, but the best place to start with Sony cams is probably the HDR-SR7e:

The only cautionary note here is that zero-lux requires infra-red lighting, using an IR lamp built in to the camera, but (as with most 0-lux cams) only effective up to around 10 feet. Distant objects would be a problem. Low-light response (Colour Slow Shutter) is pretty good, however.
