Hey, I have sony dcr-sr32e handycam. Charger and all docking station was stolen, new cost more then camera. I have sony usb cable, and conect it stright from camera. But windows system do not recognize it. what is the problame, I can not find driver in the internet. anybody can help me?

What version of Windows are you using?

If you are using Windows 7, then USB is compatible but you need to update PMB software to version 5.3.
