    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;As the application that you are trying to run is presumably connected with Power Panel I suggest that you try re-installing the Vaio power management utility. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you download and extract the pre installed utilities for your model from Vaio-link, I think that you will find this in Installer folder 5.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That said, it may be conditional on other utilities so the safest option would be to re-install all starting in folder 1.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
