Hi, I have a vaio PCG-Z1 RSP and the graphics arent brilliant. The Ram memory is only 16mb. Of course I did not notice it when I bought it and now I have troubles mainly watching live streams that i subscrive to or sometimes even watching dvds. Buffers all the time and stops the picture, that sort of thing.

Question to the forum:
1) Is it possible to change the graphics/motherbord for something like 64mb or above?

2) How do I connect the notebook to a tv set to see a dvd on tv?

Thanks!

Francisco

Being quite new to Vaio laptops I don't know about shared video on them, however on other laptops there had been a setting in the BIOS where you could change the amount of RAM you gave over to video.

Any thoughts?

There are no S-video or TV out sockets on the Z1RSP. The only realistic option is a VGA to SCART adapter.
