HW-Buttons doesn't work anymore

Hi,

I'm new with my VAIO A217M and so I have a little problem:
The hardware buttons (Silence, Volume+/-, Brightness, Zoom and S1) does not work anymore.
I guess the reason is the accidentally execution of the file "C:\Utils\Utils.exe"...?
I pressed Cancel as soon as I could in the installer dialog and the installation did stop. But now the hardware buttons don't work.
Has anybody a good Idea to fix this?
