I belive that if you contact Sony directly (their phone number is on the VAIO LINK web pages), they will supply a replacement disk (in English).

However, they do charge!

Someone on the forum recently quoted a price of £50.00!

Disks are'nt available from the Club VAIO site.

You could purchase an English copy of Windows XP and then download all the Sony Drivers and Software for your model from VAIO LINK. This would, of course, probably work out more expensive than just getting the disk from Sony!

CW

Greetings! I would like to ask if there is any way of getting an english recovery disc from this club? I bought my sony vaio pcg-V505DP while on a business trip to france and being an impulsive buyer, its too late before i realized that the WinXp OS installed on the machine that i bought was French, this also applies to the recovery cd included in the box. Thanks.
