The piece that is damaged is actually the part on the laptop that you plug the cable into. I have a PCG K315Z sony laptop and i stood on the power cable and the plastic bit in the laptop snaped off. The power cable still work but when i move it disconnect for a few secs and feels like it will just fall off an any moment . SO is there any way to get it repaired or get a adapter that will not move (ie connect to the port and have it locked in place and pug the cable into there) i have a two year warrenty but i dont think i can claim on it?
