topic Vaio and yahoo messenger in PCs & Accessories https://community.sony.ua/t5/pcs-accessories/vaio-and-yahoo-messenger/m-p/166529#M48023 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P>Good day!</P><P>I'm having some trouble with running Yahoo Messenger on my Vaio Laptop.</P><P>The problems started when I tried to uninstall the Mcaffee antivirus suite some time ago, which led to a complete system malfunction, with many programs not working properly, from players, to Internet Explorer.</P><P>I have formatted and reinstalled Windows Vista twice, and the recurring error that remains is related to Yahoo Messenger: it keeps me logged on for some time and then it simply crashes with no warnings. Before reinstalling Windows Vista the second time I recieved some warnings related to some script errors which I don;t get anymore. Also, I can't send and recieve files. I tried many fixes, I tried reinstalling other YM! versions, however, they refuse to work properly.
