Hi, Anyone any ideas on what to do with my VGN-CS11Z/T it has a really noisey fan when its on which is very irritating ? Any help would be welcomed.

Hi Pete,

Sony have recognised possible problems with the fan on VGN-CS* & BX* Vaios and have agreed to repair associated problems for up to 4 years from purchase.

There have been quite a few posts on the forum regarding the fan noise on some CS series Vaio's and Sony also released a statement regarding the CS series fans. See below...

Therefore I suggest you contact Sony Vaio support you can do this either by clicking Support at the top of this page or use the following link:Vaio support

Under Log-in option 2: Select your VAIO model, next to Select Model Category - Select your model from the drop down list, in your case VGN CS.

Then next to Select Model - select CS11Z

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Get In Touch.
