Hello,
I own a FW31ZJ and from nowhere now it started to say this "the installed battery may not be properly connected to the computer" a pop-window which won't allow you to do anything except ok and it goes in hibernating mode so that you can check the battery.
I know the utlity ISB is checking this and I dissabled it but why on earth should I be forced to do this when my battery is sony genuine!! I removed, attached again and nothing.
I checked the vaio update program and he didn't update the ISB utility (I was thinking that a new update was found and it messed up my computer but unfortunately no).
Any solution?
