Sony have stopped talking to me!!!

So, i bought a sony bravia Tv about 15 months ago. 2 months ago it developed a problem. DEAD PIXELS!!! they are clustered in the middle of the screen , about 10 in total. I have been in touch with Sony Europe and correspondence initially was good. It has now gone quiet and my emails requesting updates are going un answered.

Has anyone else experienced this?? I am frustrated by this, i have been a loyal Sony customer since i could afford my first Walkman, i currently have 4 sony Tv's, 2 sony vaio laptops, surround sound and sound bars, blueray etc. Think i might jump ship! im sure Panasonic or LG would like my custom.
