Sony xperia 1 III

My Sony Xperia 1 III do not get a resent missed call (on top or a dot on the call app) notifications when someone called me from a iphone. All is okey when they have called me from a samsung.

The same is on my xperia 1 II ( no missed call notification when someone has called me from a iphone). It happend from one day to the next.

My xperia 1 lost its finger print sensor over night.

My xperia XZ Premium works flawless and are as fast as new. 

I hope Sony fix these bugs so i dont have to by a samsung. 

My trust in sony xperia is very low right now.

@Ottern You can try to follow the steps mentioned here to check the notifications also you can try the steps here then if the issue remained. i highly recommend to contact Sony so they can provide the proper solution.
