Sony Xperia 1 march update with CDA 1319-2847_R9B

Hello, has anyone received the march update on their devices that is running the customisation UK version 1319-2847_R9B.

I  bought this unlocked but it was originally on the 02 network and I currently have a Giffgaff SIM, I'm currently in Turkey at the moment I don't know if that is having an effect on it or not but so far i have still not received the march security update.

Any take on this?

You need to be in the area that had the original phone customisation ROM
