Stuck Alarm notification

I'm having a 'stuck' alarm notification at the top of the screen next to the battery symbol.

No set alarms and never set this one previously.

Already tried the usual...

Any help?

Thanks

hi @sean4080, try booting into safe mode to see if the icon is still showing once you do.

instructions on how to enter safe mode: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/SX673501

@najodleglejszy @sean4080 also tried settings - apps and notifications - alarms, look for storage and clear data?

Yes... Done all of that previously and again...

Still stuck at 8am Alarm Sunday showing but nothing actually set within the Alarm App 😕

@sean4080 @najodleglejszy not able to replicate this, strange. Also tried to clear data for clock app? Alarm is not there anymore, my mistake.

@Lord_viridis @Qatrium any ideas?

Set an alarm, wait for it to occur, then remove the alarm.

That sometimes can clear the alarm icon.

Seems to disappear in safe mode but reappears when back to normal 🤔

Currently showing under the clock set at Sunday 8am, however nothing showing in Alarm settings.

Have tried all the usual. Also the Alarm icon is showing next to the battery icon and not on the usual left side of the status bar

It(the Alarm/Clock notifications) has always sat next to the battery indicator.

And I bet it's nothing to do with your alarm, it's an app that has set an alarm/timer, so best check your apps.

You can start uninstalling anything that you think would have access to a clock/alarm/notification and re-install from there.

Things like Calendar, fitness, health, tasker style apps.

Even down to an app activating or de-activating dark/night mode.

If it was the Clock, it would occur in Safe mode, as it's a system app.
