USA user, on AT&T, ulocked phone.  Received update notice yesterday.  Clicked to install today.  Probably should have restarted my phone first.  ☹️

UPDATE - It took a LONG time but it finally made through step 3/3 and appears all is fine.

Yeah... It's better to update your apps first before updating. Or they will update during the Android Mascott before the phone boots back up.
