XPERIA 1 mark II randomly doesn't turn on mic and speaker while picking up phone

From time to time when someone is calling and i'm picking up phone, person on the other side doesn't hear me and i don't hear her either. Then when i'm calling back everything is ok i'm able to her that person and speak normally. I noticed that most often this this problem occurs when the phone remains blocked for a long time, but this is also not a rule, because sometimes even a few hours after being locked it is ok, and sometimes it happens half an hour after the phone is blocked.

Does anyone have a similar problem or does this qualify for a service submission?

I did it today so i have to wait for few calls to check if problem still exists. Also i have noticed that i have to turn off auto updates in Play Store because it still tried to update phone app.

Most issues that happen after software updates are usually caused by the apps versions not being fully compatible with the newfound operating system for them, so sometimes actually updating the app is helpful. you can also check the tests in the Support app for the mic and speaker.

Ok so about two days ago i have uninstalled phone app updates and noticed that problem is gone so today i have installed back updates and cleared application data/cache. I have few calls already after that and still got no issue so finger crossed that problem was with phone app updates/data/cache.
