Wifi

The wifi on my experia 10 cant find any networks and when I switch it on a question mark appears on the wifi icon at top of screen.

I've tried turning it on and off and restarting phone and even factory resetting but nothing seems to work.

Please help Slightly_smiling_Face

The question mark that appears on the Wi-Fi icon, is that when you drag down the quick settings menu? That's the same menu where you can turn on the flash light and so forth.

There will be a question mark on this icon if Wi-Fi is activated but not connected to a network. As soon as you connect to a network the question mark will disappear.

If you go to Settings > Network and Internet > Wi-Fi, are there no Wi-Fi networks at all in the list here? You can try and reset the network settings in the device. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings > Reset settings. After this has been done, restart the device.

Should there be no change, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion, but remember to backup your data in Settings > System > Backup before starting with the repair since all data stored on the internal storage will be removed when performing the repair.

Hi

Thanks for your solutions 

However these solutions have not worked and the phone just can not find any  wifi networks at all 

I have tried everything now and not sure what to do

Since it doesn't work after performing a software repair, the next step is to have the device examined by a technician at one of our authorized service centres. This is not something that I can assist you with since the service routines and so forth varies between markets so you will need to get in touch with your Local support team on the link below (choose your country in the drop down list).
