Alpha A7 ii video recording cuts out.

Hi,

Recently bought brand new above camera for photos and video.

When videoing it jumps at 17 minutes then carries on recording then stops recording 12 min after that every time I use it, so will only record for 29 minutes.  What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Not sure what you mean by jumps then carries on recording, but you can try power resetting it (turning it off and removing the battery for a few minutes).
