I am trying to update PMB with the current version however everytime my PC finishes the download it tells me the connection to the download server failed.
I am not sure why this is happening but I had something similar with itunes, though I resolved this by editing the exclusions in Kaspersky. I have tried doing the same with PMB in Kaspersky but still no luck.
Any ideas?????

Have you tried temporarily pausing Kaspersky protection and then try downloading..:smileyconfused:
Try downloading using PMB if you are downloading from the Sony Support Website. Run PMB, click on Help and click Check For Updates.
Using Vista I have the same problem and I'm not using Kaspersky.
I had the same problem today using Windows 7.
Resolved by disconnecting Handycam from PC & pausing Kaspersky A/V.
