Still having issues. A possible solution sent from Support was applied and it performed correctly since 31/03/2021

On 27/04/2021 while watching it during the day it switched itself off. In the early hours of 28/04/2021 about 2am it switched itself on.

I am finding the constant issues an irritation.

Also, if you're in touch with support already, have you tried giving them your feedback so they investigate this for you?
