Hello everyone.
I've been using my X850C for 2 years now and it has not presented any issues, until now.
Suddenly for some reason, Bravia Sync refuses to remember my controllable devices under External Inputs: My Denon AVR and my PS4 Pro.
I can get the TV to recognize the devices and control them, but when I turn the TV off and back on, it simply doesn't identify the devices again, and I have to go into the Sync menu to send the command again.
It is very annoying and has not happened to me ever. I've tried resetting the TV multiple times, reset the AVR, pulled the TV out of the power plug and plugged it back in, nothing works, whenever I turn off the TV, my Sync devices are unidentified.
Using the latest Android Nougat firmware.
The only thing I can think of doing to resolve this is a factory reset, although I would like to avoid that.
Help please?
