I would say that this is within tolerances. However, if you think it's disturbing please get in touch with Sony support.

Rang Sony support twice and told to do a reset twice ,seem to be going round in circles ,it’s very disturbing watching tv ,
It's regular procedure to exclude any software ties to an issue that might be related to hardware (though takes time which is definitely inconvenient).
Hopefully, you'll have some kind of response soon, and it'd be really helpful if you'd let us know ^^
