Hi @anrosco82 You may get some responses if you let people know the full model numbers of your TV and AV System. How is everything connected and have you tried new cables and power rebooting both TV and AV System?

So what have you tried to resolve the situation.
Always good to let people know what things you have tried to fix the problem.
In the previous post from Lightfoot you were asked if you had changed cables and tried power cycles on both the
TV and the AV processor, but you haven't said if you have or not.
Is the processor switching on, if not have you checked the fuse in the plug.
Tell us what you have done and you won't get people asking you to do things you may have already tried.

Thanks for your message. All my other devices, Freesat Box, Blueray Player, still play on the TV and through the AV System. I have tried all the recommendations from the website instructions, (more than once), but to no avail. Everything connects as normal except the TV. I do not know what do do next other than trying a factory reset. But of what though, the TV, the AV System, or both. Believe me when I say that I very appreciate your help.

Again you say you have 'tried all the recommendations from the website instructions' but not told us what these were.
Are you this coy when you go to the doctors?
With the BluRay and the Freesat box connected via the AV processor are you getting both sound and vision?
I take it the TV is connected via HDMI cable through the eARC/ ARC ports on both the TV and the AV processor.
I take it you have made sure the all cable connections to the AV processor are properly connected and also on each device connected to it.
Have you tried taking the TVs HDMI cable out and connecting it to another HDMI port on the AV processor,
for example if you know the BluRay players port is working try it in that, and then also try the BluRay in the port you use for the TV.
If you still have the problem with the TVs connection then swap the cables over so either use a new HDMI cable between the TV and the AV processor or use a cable you know is working like the BluRays cable.
Do you have another TV in the house that you can connect to the processor using the same port as the current TV is connected to.
After you have exhausted cable/ device combinations you can think of and still there is no progress try a full power cycle on the processor and the TV. Switch both off and unplug. Wait a couple of minutes and then plug in and power up.
If that doesn't improve things try a factory reset on the processor.

Are you this coy when you go to the doctors? Reply: Sarcasm doesn't help.
With the BluRay and the Freesat box connected via the AV processor are you getting both sound and vision? Answer: Yes.
I take it the TV is connected via HDMI cable through the eARC/ ARC ports on both the TV and the AV processor. Answer: Yes, since I set the system up in 2019.
I take it you have made sure that all cable connections to the AV processor are properly connected and also on each device connected to it. Answer: The system has been working since I installed it 2019.
Have you tried taking the TVs HDMI cable out and connecting it to another HDMI port on the AV processor,
for example if you know the BluRay players port is working try it in that, and then also try the BluRay in the port you use for the TV. Answer: Yes. The FreeSat Box connected directly to the eARC/HDMI 4 ports works.
If you still have the problem with the TVs connection then swap the cables over so either use a new HDMI cable between the TV and the AV processor or use a cable you know is working like the BluRays cable. Answer: There is one HDMI cable connecting the eARC port on the TV to the AV Receiver which must be working because the signal from the other devices travels through it. This has been the case since 2019.
Do you have another TV in the house that you can connect to the processor using the same port as the current TV is connected to. Answer: No
After you have exhausted cable/ device combinations you can think of and still there is no progress try a full power cycle on the processor and the TV. Switch both off and unplug. Wait a couple of minutes and then plug in and power up. Answer: All this I have done more than once.
If that doesn't improve things try a factory reset on the processor. Answer: My last resort. Do you mean the AV Receiver or the TV, or both?

Yes I did say factory reset the processor, but you could try both.
Sarcasm not really, you presented us with very little information just trying to get you to tell us what you have done, rather than just saying I have tried everything.
What I am understanding is that you are getting sound and vision through the processor with the Freesat box and the Bluray player, but when you are switching input to the TV only you're not getting any sound or vision, is that correct?
Have you checked the HDMI settings on the TV to make sure nothing has changed there.
If you go into the Settings on the TV, Channel & Inputs> External Inputs>
Bravia Sync Settings, is Bravia Sync control On?
Under Bravia Sync device list is the AV processor listed, if so click on Enable.
Also under External Inputs there should be External Device setup you might want to try that.
Again if you think you have exhausted all avenues then a factory reset is the last option,
it doesn't take long to set it up again, make a note of all your settings first.

Hi @anrosco82 If factory resets don’t improve things, I would try Sony Support. Make sure that you have your serial numbers and purchase invoices ready.
