I have a little-used cmt-eh20dab micro hifi. When switched on a the socket the red indicator illuminates, but when i try to turn on the unit with either remote or onboard on/off switch the red light begins to flash and nothing else happens. Any ideas folks? No voltage selector as far as i can see to check. Restoring defaults by pressing three buttons simultaneously does nothing. Ta.
Hi. My parents have the CMTEH15 which has exactly the same problem. The red light is on but whatever you do it will not switch on - have tried all the usual tricks - resetting etc. but nothing works. Any suggestions please?
The standby light should be on constantly when in standby mode, if it is flashing it would indicate the unit detects an internal fault and would need service, all Sony product flash when faulty or charging and this does not charge
