Ok, so I have had a Sony Giga Juke NAS-E35HD for a good number of years but in the last week the remote control has stopped working. I have changed the batteries, checked there is nothing in the way of the sensor, reset the unit and even bought a new remote at a cost of £30. Still no response. Would anyone have any suggestions?
