Release date for BDV E380

Does anyone have any idea when the BDV E380 home cinema system will be released in the UK, and any clue on price?

I'm in the search for a new home cinema system and want something with HDMI in sockets. And none seem to have this at the moment.

Would like to know this information myself.  I was about to buy the E370 but have decided to hold off for the time being to get the HDMI in sockets,... Any idea how long before the E380 is released?
