I'm not quite sure that I understand your question. Do you want to connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network instead of a 5 GHz one? If you have your network on 5 GHz, there should also be a channel for 2.4 GHz if you rather want to connect to that one and you should be able to find it in the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

Hi My Net work provider is sky when I look at the sky page it say's 2.4ghz when I look on my phone it say's 5ghz my problemis I want to set up wireless camera's and they will only stream on 2'4ghz

Oh, I see! The device can connect to both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, so you may want to contact Sky again and ask them how you can setup a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network as well.
