do I need to remove the fcc I'd before inserting a sim? As I put sim in now the marking and fcc I'd are sticking out and sim is stuck in phone

I would not advice removing the plastic strips displayed on the picture as they are intended to show the IMEI of the device in case of broken display or if the phone is unable to boot up. The phone is supposed to be delivered with a SIM-tray that is used with your SIM-card. For further instructions on how to insert the SIM-card in the phone, please click here.
