How to delete voice messages? Xperia L1

I got 2 voice messages i can't delete from my storage, any help?

Hi @Phoenix2, let me see if I can be of any help here.

The messages that you are trying to erase, are they audio files recorded with an app that you have downloaded or is it messages left in your voice mail?

If it is audio files recorded with an app that you want to erase from the internal storage, Find and tap Files > Tap and hold the file that you want to erase > Tap the garbage bin-icon in the top right corner of the display.

If you want to erase messages left in your voice mail I suggest that you get in contact with your service provider, this due to the fact that voice mail is a service generally provided by operators.

But i recorded a voice message from the messages📩 but i can't delete e'm from my storage! Ima try customer service and see if they got me a solution...

If the audio file has been stored in your internal storage on you phone, Find and tap the app Files > Find the audio file > Tap and hold the audio file until the file is marked and the phone vibrates > Tap the garbage bin-icon in the top right corner of the display.
