Hi @Geoffrosonice, sorry to hear about your device restarting. Slightly_frowning_Face

How often do you experience that the device is restarting, is it on a daily basis or once a week?

Are you doing something specific in the device when this occurs, for example using a specific application or service?

Just so we can make sure that this is not caused by a downloaded application, restart your device in safe mode and see if it continues to restart or not. In safe mode, all downloaded applications are temporarily disabled.

Let me know how it went!

Hi @millieb4, sorry to hear about this. Slightly_frowning_Face

The reset that you mention, was it a factory reset that you tried? There is another reset that you can do with a computer and our program Xperia Companion that also deletes the software in the device and reinstalls it.

I would recommend that you remove the SIM and SD card(s) from your device to start with though, just to make sure that they aren't the cause of the restarts.

You can also restart your device in safe mode and see if the restarts occur when downloaded applications aren't loaded.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @Axcelko, sorry to hear about your device. Slightly_frowning_Face

Since the software repair was successful, can you try and remove your SIM and/or SD card(s) from your device and see if there is any change? If this does not help, I'm afraid that there isn't nothing else you can try and do on your own and your device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre.

Your Local support team will assist you further with arranging a repair and answer any questions you may have regarding warranty, local service routines and consumer laws.

Feel free to keep me posted!
