Hi @__Shawty, sorry to hear about this.

Has the SIM card previously been detected, or has it never worked? Just to make sure that it's not the SIM card that is the culprit, try with a different SIM card in the device.

You can either borrow one from a friend, colleague or a family member if they have the same size SIM card as you do, or you can get in touch with your operator and they will assist you with replacing your current SIM card.

It has been detected before...i got a new sim when j i insetred it.. It didn't detect it.. After a whole it didn't detect the pre existing sim too

I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, so we can see if this is related to the software in the device or not. Note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted in this process, so it's important that you create a backup before you start with the repair.

Should the device still not recognize any SIM card, get in touch with your Local support team and they will arrange a repair for you, since the device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre.
