Password l2 sony

Hey guys Hey guys wounded if u give me advise I reset my phone and wanna restore my data but its asking for password which I don't remember putting one on there I've tried number of passwords old new of mine but none seem to work I've contacted Sony support said they can't Tracy anything back to my account
