I have several problems with the two cameras, the front and the back and the flash. At first the flash does not appear, do not detect it and in the notification drop-down bar it does not appear and does not work or downloading another application. The camera application says that there is an error and that another application is using it. The rear camera does not detect it either and the front camera turns and leaves no selfies. It only works for social networks but nothing else. I already tried the safe mode and restart and it's useless. Also let it cool and / or charging 100% - GT
Hi @ItzSrenX, sorry to hear about this.
I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.
Just to clarify, did you receive the same error message while the phone was in safe mode or did the camera app work as intended in safe mode? Also, have you tried clearing the data for the camera app? This will not erase any previously take photos, but it will reset all settings for the camera app which might do the trick. Find and tap Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear data > Tap "OK" > Restart the phone.
If that does not help, I believe that the best thing to do is to repair the software using a computer and Xperia Companion. Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data from the phone, so make sure to do a backup of your user data before the repair.
Try this and feel free to keep me posted with the results!
