The phone doesn't recognize the SIM card

my phone just started to not recognize any SIM card that I install. What to do?

Hi @azo1, sorry to hear about this.

If you have tried with different SIM cards and none of them are detected by the device, I would recommend that you try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to rule out that this has anything to do with the software in the device.

Do note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted so it's important that you create a backup before you start with the repair.
