Wifi connection keeps dropping is there anyway to make it stop or do I get a new phone.

Do you have stamina mode on or any other battery app?
When I use my phone either on a game or any other app my phone says connection problem and to restart the app. stamina mode is not on and I have no battery apps. What can I do
