I bought my Xperia and it was working fine. I could connect it to my laptop and transfer data. I could access my songs and pictures from the Music and Album apps. Then a few days later, I updated it. And now I can't connect my phone to my laptop since it always says "android.process.media has stopped". I've tried reseting and nothing helped. I've reset it 5 times, with and without PC companion. I can't find my songs or pictures in the Music and Album apps. Please help
