So my phone is connected to internet(vodafone) and my laptop is connected to wifi. And my phone is also connected to my laptop by using usb. Pc companion can detect my phone but it says there 'phone software update information currently not accessible'. Reason is because pc companion needs to connect to online server. Connect your computer to internet and try again. I don't understand, im connected to wifi so dat means im online right? So why can't this pc companion detect it? Enlighten me.
